Can't make an appointment online, can't see wait times online. No one answers the phone. Take a drive over parking lot is literally jammed full. Cars parking in the street. Went elsewhere
I came here with my boyfriend and he had a cut on his hand and he was bleeding like crazy and they wouldn't let me go into the room with him and I told them I was fully vaccinated and we also live together so it really made me pissed about it because what if something happened to him and I'm also his advocate to, on top of that the receptionist both of them were assholes so never the fuck again!!!!

Unlike others, my experience was horrible about a month ago when I had an eyelash caught under my eyelid so far in I could not see it , but was very painful. I live at the Oaks, retirement home, nearby. At 9PM I drove there, nearest place, where the desk person suggested I go to Fayetteville,,which I did not understand until much later. They charged my insurance $250 for their "free" covid test.
My father went here August 21st 2020 for a DOT recertification. He was there for three hours and was taken in after filling out paperwork and waited in the room for over half an hour before someone came in. He Gave them recent reports from multiple doctors and they wouldn't accept those said reports. They wanted a compliance report showing he used his sleep apnea machine. I went in for an ear ache and described my discomfort to the NP that was on staff. The NP stated it was swimmers ear and that they would prescribe drops to attempt to clear it up and if that didn't work they would provide me something different. The ear drops are a complete struggle to add to my ear and I have gone through way more then I should have trying to get them into my ear.
