I made an appointment here for today and came 5 minutes late which is apparently the maximum minutes you can be late to an appointment. I walked in and the receptionist was extremely rude and had a very sarcastic tone when I asked her for a mask. I assumed since I texted that I was there and the place responded "you have been checked in" that they would call my name for the appointment so I waited. They do not pick up when you call back because you are still sick. They asked me to come back if I'm still sick too, like anyone has time for that. If it ain't Covid, they got no time for it. Meanwhile my entire household is now sick with what I have. Going to a different wellnow today since no one will answer their phones here or get back to me in any way. Glad I'm not dying.

Thier billing department never submitted to my insurance and then billed me the full amount 6 months later. I have called 5+ times, been on hold over oven an hour each time, and never spoke to anyone. I have emailed, one response of 5 sent emails. No secure portal to provide additional insurance details which they have but apparently need again. Then, after months of one-way calls and emails w/ little email back, they send it to collections?!? DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST!!! If I could rate this place a zero I would. Before a well-now rep answers this review I AM A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL. 2 weeks ago I got a Covid test, and a strep test because I had a sore throat unlike any other before (which I get quit frequent). I asked how long until results and if test was PCR NOT rapid. They said "PCR but you'll get results tonight".... hmmm bacteria doesn't grow in a couple of hours but ok. Went here in january when i fell at work to get my arm looked at and had not eaten since 3pm..ok due to covid no snacks.Then there were 10 people ahead of me! I was there at 5pm and not out till 9pm just to be told i had a bruise and nothing else wrong..one of the nurses was very sarcastic as well.Never again!

I came here with my boyfriend and he had a cut on his hand and he was bleeding like crazy and they wouldn't let me go into the room with him and I told them I was fully vaccinated and we also live together so it really made me pissed about it because what if something happened to him and I'm also his advocate to, on top of that the receptionist both of them were assholes so never the fuck again!!!!

Unlike others, my experience was horrible about a month ago when I had an eyelash caught under my eyelid so far in I could not see it , but was very painful. I live at the Oaks, retirement home, nearby. At 9PM I drove there, nearest place, where the desk person suggested I go to Fayetteville,,which I did not understand until much later. I was taken in by a nurse, given a room near an exit door. NO blanket, no talk, after a half hour I went to the nurses room where I think 3 of them were chatting..... I was freezing co... read more

My father went here August 21st 2020 for a DOT recertification. He was there for three hours and was taken in after filling out paperwork and waited in the room for over half an hour before someone came in. He Gave them recent reports from multiple doctors and they wouldn't accept those said reports. They wanted a compliance report showing he used his sleep apnea machine.
