This place was spectacular. We were in Syracuse from out of town for the weekend, and I urgently needed antibiotics. Not only was the facility modern and spotless, but I was seen immediately. We were in and out within half an hour with prescriptions. The nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and professional, and I could not have imagined a better or more efficient experience.
Wait, time is horrible.Even when you have a scheduled appointment. My doctor's office is faster than this place. I would highly recommend nobody to go to these places.Unless you plan on sitting around like the e r at a hospital. There are not fast at all. They have a lot of employees that just hang around. I'm talking to each other.Then worrying about patients in a room.

horrible from the time I walked in receptionist was verry rude I asked her one question she got super hostile and said she don't got time for shit verry unprofessional I sat there for an hour to get a 30 second ppd read done then when asked why I'm still waiting to get seen she starts cursing. whent on 7/12/26 at 4pm

genuinely just people working there who want money and can't get other jobs. extremely disrespectful staff. I made an appointment yesterday for 9:50 just to go in at 9:45 have them say "there is 10 people in front of you it's going to be a very long time but you have a 50 dollar copay" and i proceed to ask how so many people are in front of me if I have an appointment in 5 minutes and she told me there is nothing she can do and no points to make an appointment. once inside the facility the staff are wonderful. the issue I have is they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called numerous times and have sat on hold for 45 minutes - an hour just for the call to disconnect

I pre scheduled an appointment time only to arrive and be told that was just to let them know I was coming. waited 1.5 hours before I was even brought to an exam room. was told the wait for a provider would be almost an hour but I could take advantage of virtual health and it would be faster. waited over an hour for virtual health.

Went in for my face being half swollen and in pain. Receptionist was great, got in quickly. Nurse was even wonderful. HOWEVER, the PA that works there Kyle Kowalewski, turned a good experience bad. He told me he was going to give me antibiotics, I then asked what he was giving me because due to a lot of childhood illnesses certain antibiotics do not work on me at all. I have been doing the asbestos physical exam for my job for 3 years in Wellnow this clinic on Erick Boulevard and in my opinion the prices are more expensive every year, the figure they have when you pay online is not true, you have to be prepared to pay a few dollars more, I paid online $165 and at the clinic they asked me for about $75 more.
