once inside the facility the staff are wonderful. the issue I have is they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called numerous times and have sat on hold for 45 minutes - an hour just for the call to disconnect

I pre scheduled an appointment time only to arrive and be told that was just to let them know I was coming. waited 1.5 hours before I was even brought to an exam room. was told the wait for a provider would be almost an hour but I could take advantage of virtual health and it would be faster. waited over an hour for virtual health.

Went in for my face being half swollen and in pain. Receptionist was great, got in quickly. Nurse was even wonderful. HOWEVER, the PA that works there Kyle Kowalewski, turned a good experience bad. He told me he was going to give me antibiotics, I then asked what he was giving me because due to a lot of childhood illnesses certain antibiotics do not work on me at all. I have been doing the asbestos physical exam for my job for 3 years in Wellnow this clinic on Erick Boulevard and in my opinion the prices are more expensive every year, the figure they have when you pay online is not true, you have to be prepared to pay a few dollars more, I paid online $165 and at the clinic they asked me for about $75 more. Took SO long. Waited over an hour for someone to even see us in the exam room after being put in there. Asked why it was taking so long and they only have one nurse working and was given attitude. We would hear patients in other rooms come and go and we were forgotten. Definitely would never return.

This was probably one of the worst urgent cares i've ever been to, if not the worst. I am extremely sick and i felt like I was not listened to at all. I came in with a sore throat, runny nose, body aches and congestion. I felt like I was being interrogated and wasn't treated like a patient. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I needed a Covid test made an appointment then the next day they send me a text and canceled no explanation nothing they said go to one of the other clinics but now I have to wait another day I have to work cant without a test real unprofessional and they won't answer calls that the robot thing puts through a waste of time
