This place is way better than the one in Hamburg. I checked in online and was in and out in 20 minutes, amazing nurse practitioner and really great medical attention. Excellent experience!!

I have been dealing with a skin issue for over three months now. I've seen my general practitioners office multiple times. They kept prescribing steroids and brushing me off. Now I have an underlying infection and the skin is awful. I literally walked out of an appointment with my general practitioner's office and drove to WellNow in Orchard Park. I was waiting for my boyfriend in my car and sue asked me if I wanted an icee while I was waiting and I told her yes and she brought me one. The staff is so sweet thank you sue for making my day .
I can't say enough good things about how wonderful Whitney and Tyler were with my 80-year-old mom. Super fast service, everyone could not of been friendlier, we got the medical advice we needed. Thank you!!

Just visited the Well Now in Orchard Park for a large cut on my left big toe and had a marvelous visit from the time i was admitted to examining to X-ray and then to be sewn up by Eva who was awesome, did not feel a thing throughout the whole process. My 90 year old mom went there for a COVID19 test. From reception through the PA she saw, Jessica Cappa, everyone was wonderful. It is nice to see a business where senior citizens are treated with respect. I have gone here for myself and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. For minor stuff, I would recommend without reservation.
