I came in as soon as they opened because I was spiking a fever and felt terrible. I was able to sign in and get my info updated quickly and was brought to a room within 10 minutes. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel better about what was happening to me. I needed to wait 15 minutes for my test results but I could hear somebody out in the lobby that needed an ambulance so I ended up waiting around 40-45 minutes but that’s okay! Brought my 94-year-old mom in. The staff From check into the nurses to the amazing PA that we saw we're all excellent. Their kindness and patience to be commended. The care my Mom received, the promptness and making sure we had prescriptions and everything was explained to her excellent!
The staff was quick to get me seen when I had a laceration on my hand. They explained everything that was happening and made it a comfortable experience given the circumstances. Kind and caring nurses took care of me and patched me right up! Thankful to have this location so close to home.
A spur of the moment decision that stop for an X-ray. There wasn’t one person there who wasn’t super pleasant and kind. Very quick service and helpful. I’m glad I stop and I will not think twice about going to the facility located in front of the tops plaza on southwestern and orchard park rd. I don’t know how things are done at others but I will definitely drive to this location knowing the great staff and service is located inside!!
I was quickly greeted and brought into the exam room. The initial nurse was kind and thorough. The NP was also kind and thorough and addressed my issues and left me feeling that I was treated properly and well. I would highly recommend the well now staff at this location as I will continue to go here to meet my needs For medical issues.
