This place is awesome. I've been sick since last week Monday. I thought it was just a bad cold and that it would cure itself with over the counter medications. Last night I could barely sleep because of constant hacking, so I figured it was finally time to be seen. I walked in around 10:30am. Best urgent care we've ever been to! Due to my husband being in the military, we travel a lot as a family. This was the quickest care we've ever received, the doctor was so thorough and caring. The waiting room is amazing! So SO kid friendly, thank you for all that you provide to help keep parent's sanity while having sick kiddos!
Went recently to have left eye examined for a possible foreign body after scraping and sanding garage windows all day which caused a "scratchy"feeling that became downright painful with every blink. I was traveling to Western New York on business and found myself with a sinus infection. So easy to set up an appointment online. I arrived early and was immediately checked in. Within 15 minutes I had been checked out by a knowledgeable nurse and PA. Total time in and out was under 20 minutes with all the right prescriptions, and was back to work by that afternoon. Fantastic Experience!
This place is fantastic!!! Super (almost bordering on obnoxious) friendly, knowledgeable staff. The way I see it, I'm already feeling like garbage. I don't need some snobby mid-level practitioner speaking to me as if I'm a child, like what happened on more than one occasion when this was MASH. The staff did what was necessary, and they were expedient in doing so. I hope this place lasts, because I'll be going back for sure when I get sick again.
The mighty have fallen. I have never been to an urgent care facility for a symptoms that I believe will heal on their own. I came here at the urging of my Hubby and Daughter. My respiratory issues had settled into my left ear making me cry like a baby. Totally uncool and very unsettling for me and my family. I left my home at 9.15am this morning for this most scary visit. I tend to avoid urgent care centers because I'm afraid of the 4-Hour wait that I usually get but I took a chance and stopped here for my Urgent Care needs. I was in and out of here in under an hour. The check in process was easy and comfortable. I felt like my privacy was maintained at all times. The waiting area is comfortable and when I saw the doctor I felt like all my questions were answered.
They take appointments, take your payment and then put you in a room for over an hour. When asked how long the wait will be they smile and say awhile, terrible system and a waste of time

Giving 2 stars because the PA was good. My daughter was seen a couple days ago. They are a participating provider of my insurance company. She was forced to pay the entire bill when we are only supposed to pay our copay. She was told they will submit her claim and after claim was processed, they will reimburse her for the overpayment 3-4 weeks after. This is illegal per my insurance company. They are only allowed to collect the copay. They have a contracted rate with the insurance company. What a scam. They are holding on to... read more
