My daughter took my grandson to Wellnow last Sunday. His eye was red, goopy and hurting. The receptionist advised her that there was a balance due on her account and they couldn't see him. My daughter explained to her that insurance company was sending payment. This women said they couldn't see him until they have payment in hand. Took my husband there for ear infection he was refused service. The staff was turning sick patients away and refusing care. Claimed they at capacity with open rooms and empty waiting room and parking lot. What a joke. They staff was too busy goofing off.

Very poorly run medical center. Waited over 2hrs for a pcr covid test with appointment sitting around sick people. I was getting tested for travel and not sick at all. They continued to let people in front of me because it was someones brother or cousin who worked there. Wouldn't recommend coming to this place ever and wouldn't be surprised if I left here with COVID from how poorly run this place is.

This health care center charges an obscene amount of money for basic services. I just received a surprise bill in the mail 8 months after services were rendered. 343.00$ for a covid swab. Not in network for Anthem blue cross. Staff is easy enough to deal with, but if you are unfortunate enough to be out of network you will pay dearly!! Would not recommend without researching this first!!

Unprofessional and insensitive to needs of patients. Wish I'd travelled 5 miles further to the Mercy Hospital Mac Center.If you prefer McDonald's to Salvatore's then this is your ambulatory emergency center. I will definitely not recommend .

Some staff members (the last NP I saw & the receptionist at the front) felt it was inappropriate for my manger to take me out due to stitches. I did want to go back to work but my manager said otherwise. It was a hassle getting through DBL & top of your staff members giving me hard time writing a note to be out of work until stitches were removed. Do not waste your time or your money. When I called, I was told that they have a physician on staff. After I paid a $135 cash fee, I was walked into an exam room Where a physicians assistant came in to check my vitals. I explained to her that I needed to adjust my high blood pressure medicine as well as have a prescription issued for such medication. In addition, I was also there for a respiratory infection. My son (19) was in between switching doctors, and had some dried, uncomfortably impacted ear wax. After a sleepless night, he went in to get some help. They decided to irrigate his ear. He was informed by the doctor that the Well Now nurse who irrigated his ear not only failed to clear it, but had caused "minor trauma", which lead to bleeding from the ear. Two of my sons were in a car accident. They got hit from behind while sitting at a red light. They needed to be checked out due to showing signs of whiplash. They were told that they both needed to pay $100 upfront before they could be seen. I told them to leave and go to the MACC down the street. They should not be asking for money on no fault claims. I will never recommend this place.
