My son (19) was in between switching doctors, and had some dried, uncomfortably impacted ear wax. After a sleepless night, he went in to get some help. They decided to irrigate his ear. He was informed by the doctor that the Well Now nurse who irrigated his ear not only failed to clear it, but had caused "minor trauma", which lead to bleeding from the ear. Two of my sons were in a car accident. They got hit from behind while sitting at a red light. They needed to be checked out due to showing signs of whiplash. They were told that they both needed to pay $100 upfront before they could be seen. I told them to leave and go to the MACC down the street. They should not be asking for money on no fault claims. I will never recommend this place.
