Waited 45 min. to get into a room, then another 1/2 hr. minimum. Was finally told it would be a VIDEO APPOINTMENT. The woman on the video did not identify herself by name, position, etc. Asked a few questions that were vague (I identified that I had UTI symptoms upon check-in & insisted on giving a urine sample) & irrelevant, was mumbling, asked if I'd had a UTI before (I'm a 70yo female, how could I NOT have?). I had orders for a physical, drug screen, and labs from my job to be done here. I had an appointment for 445pm did all of my paperwork and then at 530pm the receptionist told me they don't do labs past 4pm. So I had my job send me new paperwork and made an appointment next day for 3pm. Then I got an email the day of my new appt from Sara the receptionist stating that actually they don't do labs past 3pm and that the person responsible for drawing labs "doesn't feel comfortable" doing them. We went to a Wellnow location down the road, they told us they were closing and sent us here. We were told we needed to complete a form. We did. When we went to return it, the receptionist put up a sign that said she'd be back in a half hour. We then checked in online using a kiosk and the tracker said we'd wait between 16-30 minutes. We watched it count down til it was 0-15 minutes. It stayed there for over a half an hour then reset back to 20-40 minutes. When the receptionist returned my 86 year old father complain... read more

This place is so slow. I am the only person in the lobby and have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting to do a pee drug screen. I can hear the staff laughing in the back. Go to any other urgent care in town but this one.

Never ever go to this place, they will bill you for services that you do not receive. I was charged 221.00 for a phone call asking for their hours, they refuse to even look into the issue . Today was my 8th phone call trying to clear this up still no luck, be careful people their scammers

So slow. From check in until I walked out was over 3 hours for a physical. Only 2 people in the lobby at the time I arrived.

While waiting to be seen, a woman walks in and asks for a mask because she had the flu. The front desk said they are out and "just can't keep them in stock". This is unacceptable, especially during this time of year. Protect your patients from getting ill while waiting, please!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! this is by far the most sorry excuse of a health center. I had to wait 45 minutes. which I dont mind and totally understand. I had a very nice nurse in the beginning, who didn't seem too experienced. These small things I am more than willing to accept. The thing I will not stand for is the doctor, who was totally unprofessional, misdiagnosed me with no tests to prove it. Attention students DO NOT USE THIS place! Please visit Sindecuse Health Center on WMU's campus or wait to see your primary health provider! Staff treats patients poorly and policies and fees are not outlined clearly.
