I went this morning for treatment of an UTI. Everyone there was friendly and nice and I was in and out with prescription called in very quickly. The place was spotless.
My daughter was injured while out of town. This Urgent care was amazing. Clean, frendly and no wait! I highly recommend! Great Staff!!
We were visiting from St. Louis and I got a uti. I was very happy with the service at Hometown . They were very efficient, friendly and thorough . I had 4 people ahead of me and still was in a room in about 40 min. I liked Dr. Jzaki. I also liked the fact that everything was up to date and clean and tidy! An overall good experience!
The environment was friendly and the facilities were clean. I was in and out of there quickly and given the treatment I needed to feel better immediately. Unfortunately due to my condition, I forgot to remember names. I have been there before and will go again if I fall sick on a weekend.
I visited Hometown Urgent Care on Centre for what I thought was an ear infection. I arrived around noon on a Sunday. Without insurance the cost for a visit was $89 (this price doesn't include extra testing or treatment such as x-rays, stitches, or shots). Spent almost 2 hours here. The lady that took me back was obviously irritated, impatient and unprofessional. and then the doctor never told us to head out. sat in the exam room for an hour. After we got impatient and asked, they did not give a note and was confused that we didn't just leave the office? Wasted my time. Woodbridge is quicker and that is saying alot.

the staff was great and was in and out in 45 minutes. however, 6 weeks later received a bill for over $800. went in for UTI and no urinalysis even on the bill but multiple other completely unrelated tests. guess what they tell you when you call. you signed the consent to treat. yes to treat my uti. that does not give permission to order any test under the damn sun. Will never go back.

It truly could be an insurance issue but when I went in I was told I would have a $180 bill upfront. I have blue cross blue shield and know I have met my deductible. The receptionist did seem nice, and it seemed clean. Just a warning that it may be more expensive than another urgent care.

Came here for a work physical. The receptionist was very nice and understanding however I made an 8am appt and was waiting 40 minutes before I decided to leave (I had places to be by 8:45). I came back in the afternoon thankfully the receptionist was kind and kept my name and records on the list so it was easier when I came back!
