WellNow is a double edged sword. Even though it's walk in and they do appts as well, I've never had to wait long. Turnover rate of office staff high. Can't imagine what they deal with. So be prepared to maybe deal with someone who doesn't know what they're doing. They made me pay a random 80 dollars cause they wouldn't believe me my deductible was hit. This happened 3 times! I went to the Urgent Care on March 26, 2025. It was busy & a long wait that night but the service was fine upon being seen. My issue is payment. It was $180.00 to be paid up front to be seen & then they would bill my insurance company. Two months later I checked with my insurance company and they had received nothing. I stopped in because I was having severe jaw and ear pain. I came here because my primary care physician had no openings. I voiced my concerns about thinking I had an ear infection, but wasn't sure if it was TMJ pain either. The nurse practitioner checked one ear and said I had no ear infection and said to contact my dentist for jaw pain. The next day I returned to my primary care physician because I was so frustrated. Turns out I had a DOUBLE ear infection. Do not go here if you want answers.

I have been suffering from a bad head cold going on three days and drove to the Niagara Falls Boulevard location so I could get tested for Covid and/or the flue. Walked in, filled out the forms (digital) and waited for my turn. Brought child in for an ear infection .Was just given antibiotics even though she was just on some prior. Was charged a $40 co-pay which my co- pay is $25.Now starting to receive bills .Was also charged an additional $50 because it was the weekend ,which was not communicated to us .

DO NOT got to this urgent care, front desk staff is HORRENDOUS. They play games, bump you down in line if the feel like it. When I asked for the office manager she told me there was no one else to talk to but her and the owner was some guy in California. Doctors are even worse.
if I could go negative stars I would. They sent me to collections for a $30 copay I payed the same day of my visit. the receptionist was nice but the whole experience was AWFUL. Went in to see if they could do anything, other than a flush, to help out my ear pain. they said my only option was to do a flush, so I said whatever let's try it. I ended up leaving there in WAY more pain than I came in with. A friend highly recommended them. Receptionist not efficient in directions to filling out paperwork. Did not explain what forms were for signing, scanned quickly to signature. P.A. Did not examine for reason I was there. Said report and images would be sent to my primary care provider. Never asked for my provider's name. Person taking history missed 2 medications. Their hours need to be updated. They are open until 7, but stop seeing patients at 6:30, so really, they close at 6:30. And don't get there at 6:35 because they won't see you. Customer service and compassion do not exist anymore.
