I had an exceptional experience at WellNow yesterday, which honestly surprised me based on a past visit to a different location. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Cassie, who took my vitals, symptoms, and health history, was one of the kindest and most caring people I've encountered in a healthcare setting. Rapidly responded with efficiency; communicated the plan of care which included ambulance transfer to Suburban Hsp. Administered the medications prior to ambulance arrival which not only reassured me but also helped expedite my care!

Made an appointment for a non emergency infected finger ( hit with hammer and had a cut) they took me when I got there. Everyone was friendly, professional and the PA was very informative and knowledgeable! Had to wait about 15 minutes for the x-ray tech to come in from other office , not bad! Nothing was broken just major infection . Very happy with every aspect!

Have been to this location several times over the years. Covid tests, strep throat and my husband twice for sutures. It has never taken longer than 1 hr from start to finish. All staff is very courteous and efficient. The location is very clean and well kept. The sutures were done well and removed expertly. This is definitely much better than spending hours in a hospital ER waiting room just to be seen. Will definitely use this service if needed again.

I had the quickest visit to a walk in clinic and was so happy! The registration was easy the girl did most of it then I was taking to the examining room right away nobody ahead of me the nurse practitioner came within a minute asked me why I was there I had an ear infection looked in my ear talked a minute came back with another nurse practitioner to look at my ear again to make sure the medicine she was going to give me would be ok because I was allergic to Sulfa. Usually I take my children to one of the two pediatric urgent cares in the area but I was strapped for time last night. I wanted my 4 year old to been seen after his big sister came down with strep. I first stopped at Focus and walked right out. Though they had no wait, they didn't have any rapid strep tests. So I drove down the street to give WellNow a try. I went there yesterday so sick and from the moment I walked in the door they were all very nice & helpful I read reviews before I went to an urgent care to see what I was in for & they were all very positive. I'm so glad I went there!! Thank you everyone at Lancaster Wellnow

I can't say enough positive things! They have always been there for me every time I needed them. They're so polite, professional and fast!!! When my Dr has let me down bc she can't see me in a timely fashion, this place has always come through! Thank you so much!!!
