I had a great experience! I’d been sick for days and couldn’t get in to see my doctor for a few more days and opted to go to well now. I only had to wait about 20 mins to be seen without an appointment, which was really nice. I was expecting to wait a long time. All of the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They took their time with me and really listened to me and I was out of there with a script in hand in less than an hour, I was very happy!
My husband and I visited this location twice in the last week, him one day, me another day. The staff is so extremely kind there, and actually pleasant to talk to. Dr. Melanie especially is always smiling and actually cares about her patients. And we were seen rather promptly. We will always only go to this location. Thank you for the good care you give us!
I always love coming to wellnow. The staff and clinicians are super friendly with efficiency. Also, free arcade game and slush puppies!! How fun! I will be coming back for any urgent needs!
I have been sick for a month. My doctor could not see me for a week. Wellness got me in and I was checked out virtually by a PA. Now after taking multiple prescriptions for 2 days, I feel a bit better. This doctor was understanding and saved me at a point that I just wanted to die. Walking pneumonia is a very serious problem. It does not go away easily. Thank you for helping!
