Well now urgent care on Transit road has an excellent provider, Phil O. He really takes the time to know what’s going on and ensure right treatment. He is one of the best I’ve seen for Urgent care settings. The only thing I do not like at this location is the x-ray wait. Lancaster shared a mobile technician with West Seneca. I went to Lancaster with the request for a provider to consider a chest x-ray and shared that upon arrival. I came to this location for treatment and I am so glad I did. The staff was amazing from registering, to the nurse to the PA. They all put me at ease and I was seen right away. In this world of everything needing to be done faster and faster, this team was beyond exceptional. Melanie was kind and compassionate. A true asset to your team. I went there when I had a pneumonia. Stuff, nurse are more than awesome very hygienic, helpful and very fast. I gave 4 stars because The only thing I didn’t like is the front desk, I was trying to scan the bar and she jumped in like i am doing something and with attitude saying how can I help you, did not even say hi or any welcome words and kept her voice tune and when I am done I said thank you, she did not even bother to reply or smile. I don’t think I have actually ever left a negative review for anything before. My career is in customer service so I understand the ups and downs and am extremely tolerant to most things at this point. I have been to this location a few times before and had decent experiences. Edited to add: it’s now Thursday 4/3 and my symptoms have progressively worsened and I’ve been prescribed antibiotics and steroids from a more sensible health care provider. I’ve been in health care for 18 years, I’ve been doing anesthesia for 11 of those years. I never write negative reviews, because I know what it’s like on the other side and sometimes we just have bad days.
