I came to this location for treatment and I am so glad I did. The staff was amazing from registering, to the nurse to the PA. They all put me at ease and I was seen right away. In this world of everything needing to be done faster and faster, this team was beyond exceptional. Melanie was kind and compassionate. A true asset to your team. My husband and I visited this location twice in the last week, him one day, me another day. The staff is so extremely kind there, and actually pleasant to talk to. Dr. Melanie especially is always smiling and actually cares about her patients. And we were seen rather promptly. We will always only go to this location. Thank you for the good care you give us!
I always love coming to wellnow. The staff and clinicians are super friendly with efficiency. Also, free arcade game and slush puppies!! How fun! I will be coming back for any urgent needs!
I had a great experience! I’d been sick for days and couldn’t get in to see my doctor for a few more days and opted to go to well now. I only had to wait about 20 mins to be seen without an appointment, which was really nice. I was expecting to wait a long time. All of the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They took their time with me and really listened to me and I was out of there with a script in hand in less than an hour, I was very happy!
I was so pleased with my experience yesterday. From the moment I arrived, until I was seen and left. There was nothing that could have been done to enhance my experience. I was promptly taken into the room after I was greeted and admissions completed, vitals taken and the attending doctor came right in. Once the exam was completed, I received my diagnosis and scripts were ordered. Clean, professional and friendly staff. Well done, WellNow!
