The NP who took care of me was extremely nice and helpful however the two employees I dealt with checking in and giving my basic info to once I was in the room seemed unenthused and like they didn't want to be there. I know work is work and not everyone is going to be super friendly but I felt more like a burden to them than a patient. This kind of sucks when you're already super sick and just need some help.
I have used this location before and cannot say enough about the staff and the care given. I used their online appointment app and got in and out fast. The staff was very friendly, caring and professional. I would totally recommend the lancast location. Hopefully, I do,not become a frequent customer.
I've never had such a great experience at an urgent care before! The entire staff from the reception desk to the doctors made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was "bothering them." I was also in and out within 20 minutes. Incredible! Thank you all.
I was taken back immediately after check-in, and a nurse was with me within minutes. She got me settled and the doctor came almost as soon as she closed the door. I was in and out within 20 minutes with the prescription I needed. Great experience.
I took my mom to get her stitches out on her face, and she was seen by PA Laura. She did an amazing job. Thanks Laura!
I've always had a great experience with the doctors and nurses, very kind, intelligent, helpful people. However, the receptionists do not know how to do their jobs at ALL!!! I've had multiple issues with my insurance because they bill the wrong company. At this location, Ashley, was so incredibly rude to me, after telling her what my insurance is, she told me "I know" in a pissy voice. Then continued to tell me I wasn't covered! Husband went to well now on 6/26/2025. We paid the co-pay. We were told to come back as a follow up to remove a single staple ( no charge for the follow up). Charged us again! Called multiple times to get this resolved, thy acknowledged there was no charge for the staple removal but still giving us the run around on reversing the charge on our credit card. Had to contact my credit card to file a claim.

Choose a different location if you want a positive experience. One of the 2 receptionists was very rude in an already stressful situation. The doctor was very personable and funny but didn't do much to assist with the issue. More of a statement of what he thinks he found without much of an examination. We had to ask for pain management details and for additional information for healing the issue. Overall we paid a co-pay to be treated poorly.

Went to Orchard park location on 6/4/25 for an eye injury. Poked my eye on tree twig. Person whom treated me didn't even examine my eye...just put some drops and dye in my eye and looked at my eye for like 3 seconds and stated I had scratched my eye and prescribed antibiotic drops. My bottom eye lid was still swollen after a few days and when I pulled my eye lid down, I saw a piece of bark. On 6/7/25 I went to the WEST SENECA location for removal of tree bark.
