Terrible experience, doctor put in the wrong medication that cost me $66, realized it was the wrong medication because I've gotten this previously and now I am out $66 plus the payment to see the doctor plus paying for the new prescription. Really unfortunate that people don't understand the level of attention to detail you need in this industry.

Made an appointment online for my daughter at the Depew location for sore throat , fever. We went in and were brought to a room by a med ass't, Im assuming as no one wears a name badge or title. Bed appeared dirty and had no paper protector etc. I asked her to clean it with wipes. She asked a few questions and then did 3 swabs without even speaking to a practioner which were done rather incorrectly. Absolute pathetic scam artists. Called explaining my insurance has high deductible (doesn't cover much) and asked how much for basic visits. Was told $165 (two separate occasions). Go in and get billed for $215. It's okay though. They "greatly apologize and will inform their staff" to be more clear (this charge is without insurance) but...it's still my fault and I have to pay $50 more although had they not lied to me, I wouldn't have gone. So I do the online appointment and check in thy send me a text to send them a here message when I get there and await instructions. Waited in 85degree temp and all the said was I was checked in. 45 mins later no reply so I go in and she said I should have come in when I got there and I missed my appointment wtf you need to get your s*** together

I got a physical done the week of 7/14/22 . my employer called they said I did not come for a physical. I got a full physical exam. wait time was long. i tried to call that no is not in service any more no number to reach them at I am not going to this urgent care any more. My emoyer stated that they input the physical under a wrong code now I got to go on for another physical definitely not here ! They don't have the decency to fix the mistake which they made

I have gone two times to Well Now and it has been a horrible costly experience. Every time billing messes my bill and I end up paying twice. I even got a collector requesting a payment for something I paid. Both time ai went it didn't resolve nothing and it cost me a lot.

These places are a joke. Slushy machine in the waiting room?.... My boyfriend needed stitches removed from his face before we returned to school out of state so we stopped here. The PA working didn't even remove all of the stitches so I had to remove them from his face when we got home. She also tugged at his face while removing them and broke open the area that was in the process of healing.

My daughter went there earlier in the year. They claimed their systems were down. My daughter paid the copayment in cash. Since then she is being harassed via text by them because they say she owes money. I called the insurance company and they said they have no record of the visit. That's because their "systems were down". I tried calling them to tell them to resubmit the claim and they refused.
