I've been there several times. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes,the staff is awesome and attentive and Dr. Hector is just the best. I always recommend wellnow and I always go there if I need medical assistance. I can't say enough good about them.

My visit to your clinic was a pleasant one. The clinic is so clean and the personnel was so friendly. I went for a COVID test, everyone was caring and very helpful. The PA was so nice and thorough with my examination. I really felt the dedication to the health of your patients. I'm from California, and was a little hesitant that I would be treated like "an outsider" but all the contrary. Thank you for your services and blessings to all.

This is our go to place for urgent care. The staff is very nice and friendly. They take all of your concerns seriously. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time. The doctors explain treatments in detail and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is the only place we use for an urgent care center.

Can't say enough good things about this walk-in urgent care clinic. It changed hands a few years back to WellNow and seems more efficient now, (but still liked it when it was 5 Star Urgent Care). Several family members have needed treatment in the last several years for : the flu, flu that turned into pneumonia twice, puncture wound, UTI -other illnesses/injuries that either happen on a weekend or when it just can't wait for our regular doctor offices to have an opening in their schedule. Everyone was so nice and professional. They get you in very quickly to see a provider and they know immediately how to help you. They went out of their way for me calling specialists within an hour radius and overall were really great.

Nice "enough" - staff is not exactly thrilled to be there and basic things like a standard shot take a long time - good for urgent issues but plan on waiting a while for even the most basic things

I was suffering miserably from a terrible cough and horrible sore throat. My husband and I arrived first thing Sunday morning when they opened. We were greeted by a friendly staff and registered quickly and up immediately taken to a room. Within 10 minutes I was seen, given a diagnosis, prescription was ordered and we were in our way. We arrived at 8:00 and we left the parking lot at 8:24. Great experience and wouldn't hesitate using them again.
