By far one of the best healthcare visits I've ever had. The staff was kind as soon as you walk through the door. The facility itself is extremely comfortable. The LPN and NP were quick and friendly. The NP was very comfortable to be around and seemed genuinely kind and caring about her job. Overall, a much better option than Cayuga Med if you need to see someone right away. I walked away with a $0 copay. In and out in less than 20-30 minutes.
I have been here three times in the past three years and I have never had a bad experience at Five Star. My wait times have been on average less than thirty minutes and typically the front desk is available to help be right away. Melissa is very friendly and quick to understand her patients needs. The nurse staff is very helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this location for a quick and easy check up!
I was visiting from out of town and went to 5Star. Staff was compassionate, friendly and efficient. Facility very clean. I was seen almost immediately and the provider was excellent. No one likes to be sick, but if you find yourself in need of medical attention in Ithaca, head to 5Star! I really appreciated their care!

I was visiting family in Ithaca and had to visit a doctor . My father suggested this place which turned out to be perfect for me. Amazingly fast, efficient and nice to deal with, I would highly recommend it.

I recently went to Five Star Urgent Care in Ithaca for an injured wrist late on a Saturday afternoon (last Saturday). From the time I arrived until my departure, I was treated exceptionally well by the staff there. The admissions process was very easy, and I was taken to an examination room within five minutes of my arrival there. The staff was extremely professional, their location is very convenient and their equipment is top of the line. I was seen immediately and I would definitely use their services again should the need arise.
