Let me start off by saying the doctors are amazing, sympathetic and helpful. What this Hudson location needs to improve is the receptionist. 2'nd time. EXTREMELY lacking in sympathy AND kindness. Patients who are coming into a clinic like this are obviously under stress. Not one, not two, but MULTIPLE people have experienced this rude behavior from this receptionist before. It's a woman. the DR never returned any of my calls. Didn't advise what i should do re the symptoms i was having. Nothing they ignored my requests for help for three days. never again

Had set up an appointment and then received a text a few minutes later saying I was third in line. I called they told me to come right over. They took me in right away but then I spent 45 minutes sitting in a cold exam room and when I asked what was going on they told me there were still people ahead of me and that I was "a walk-in". I usually had good care there but was disappointed with the dismissive nature of the staff when told them I had been waiting a long time. Terrible customer service! Be VERY careful what you sign. They took out the payment that was owed without my consent from my bank account. When I thought I was signing authorizing payment for my visit, apparently it was for ANY payment. They refused to refund the money to my account.

Care quality was awful at this location. Dismissed what was a simple diagnosis. People rely on information from medical professionals and this was a huge obvious miss on their part. That combined with the questionable professionalism of the staff would keep me far away from this Urgent Care. Go to the hospital and see a real doctor. It's the same copay. Disappointed!

The PA was amazing. The reception is AWFUL. Children of parents beware apparently they don't let two adults in the room with a child even if you need help holding them down for god forbid a procedure. Would never recommend. The front staff ruins the whole place.
isma if I would give negative 5 I would, this place is all about them making their money, I called ahead to see if the will treat my case they were quick to say that I should come, the NR did not give me any medicine at the end of the day I walked out the same way I walked in moins the $25 copay and 2 hours of my time

Will never take my child there again. My kiddo has croup (second go around this season) and I took him in after he was really struggling in the AM. Looked him over and gave me a prescription for a med that I specifically asked them not to give (it's super bitter and impossible to flavor and give a fussy toddler). Called back to get a more suitable med and was told they wouldn't change it. My Boyfriend went to Urgent Care on December 2,2022. When he got there, they informed him he had to make an appointment!! When he returns, he wanted to be checked for the flu. They decided not to do that test, they decided to give him a Covid test!! He wasnt there for symptoms of Covid!! He was there for symptoms of the flu!! I also witnessed a young Mom with her obviously very ill small child, they also told her to make an appointment!! This certainly isnt a URGENT Care facility!!
