Professional, friendly, and efficient! Very clean and modern, staff was great. Kyle the PA was courteous and very knowledgeable. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and there was no wait. Will definitely go out of the way to come back here if ever needed, was very impressed compared to the hassle of dealing with other medical offices.
Prompt, professional service. Love the fact I could reserve a time, and sit home and wait for the 20 minute 'warning' text and not have to sit in a waiting room with my daughter who had 102 fever. From check in to check out was approximately 30 minutes. Would not hesitate to return if needed.
Very very pleased, check in was quick, i was in a room, nurse came in, helped out doing what she had to do and very pleasant in doing so, then Dr Ungerland came in to see me ( I felt like I was on a soap, everything was so perfect including Dr U! ) He was very compassionate, listened, I could not have been treated better. I would recommend this place. I was reading the yelp reviews and they said that it was a horrible place. From the moment I was welcomed at the front desk, to the end of the interaction was wonderful. I would recommend this place. I was reading the yelp reviews and they said that it was a horrible place. One little problem I did see, was the walls are not sound proof. I knew that the patient on both sides either had throat or ear pain. Will go back if needed. Also the have slushees in the waiting room!
I was very happy with the care I got. The wait was minimal. I saw an LPN and a doctor. Both were polite, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Ungerwood went out of his way to explain the suggested treatment. I am so glad to discover this option for medical care and recommend them highly.
Terrible experience. My 5-month-old nephew was taken here for an eye problem, and they recommended a medication that apparently doesn't even exist anymore. Later, we were told that the medication was no longer available. It's very concerning that a medical provider would give outdated recommendations, especially for a baby. Don't waste your time or money here.

5/5 for PCT's and staff on duty 1/5 for the Provider (Chantal) Upon entry to well now for a (non-driver) DOT Physical Exam I was greeted by friendly staff. They directed me to sign in and take a seat in the waiting room. Drug test went great and PCT's on duty were very professional. It wasn't until I met Chantal the, "new" provider on duty that my experience at WellNow was ruined. I peeled my big toenail back from my toe-bed, and also had a deep gash. WellNow was near, so I drove myself there and limped, bleeding, into the lobby. Two young women were behind the desk. I don't remember them greeting me, they may have. One handed the other a tablet and told her she should give it to me to fill out the registration papers, and use it to take photos, front and back of my DL and both insurance cards.
