5 Star more like half a star, absolutely worst mistake of my life was coming to this place. I went with a second degree burn to my right leg, I arrive only to get my burn scrubbed with alcohol not once but 2 times. Then given no antibiotics and wrapped Without any burn cream. Needless to say my legs now infected.
This Urgent Care needs to get their act together. I had to get a yearly health assessment for my job so I decided to try this Five Star Urgent Care that recently opened in my area instead of going to my primary, which was my first mistake. When I arrived on a Wednesday round 3:00pm, I gave them my name and I told them that my job had already faxed them the information they needed for my health assessment, they had no idea where it was or what to do.
