If I could give 0 stars I would! Waited outside for a covid test starting at 8:30 am. Got a call at 9:30 telling me it was almost my turn and that I would be in within 40 minutes. I called back at 10:30, got hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and was told I had 2 people in front of me, and I would be in by 11. I called back at 11:30, they told me I was next, and would be in by noon. Here it is, 12pm, and I'm leaving. I can not waste my day anymore. Worst covid testing experience ever!!

5 Star more like half a star, absolutely worst mistake of my life was coming to this place. I went with a second degree burn to my right leg, I arrive only to get my burn scrubbed with alcohol not once but 2 times. Then given no antibiotics and wrapped Without any burn cream. Needless to say my legs now infected.

This Urgent Care needs to get their act together. I had to get a yearly health assessment for my job so I decided to try this Five Star Urgent Care that recently opened in my area instead of going to my primary, which was my first mistake.
