Forget making a reservation - it means nothings. If you need to go just go and plan on waiting awhile unless the office is not busy. The staff are very nice but not enough staff to handle the number of people who come in.

During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.
I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

On 9/8/26 I arrived at Wellnow Urgent Care in *********, **. I was being seen for a follow up visit from the week before. I was seen by a physician assistant ***** ******. My first impression of Mr ****** was that he appeared to be in a rush. When he first entered the examination room he asked why I was still had on the brace still when it was just a bruised bone? I sent an employee to this location to take a drug screen. I paid for it with a credit card upfront and never received the results. I tried contacting them with several emails and phone calls and got no where. I requested a refund and never received it. Money wasted. Then months later I received an email stating they were going to charge my credit card $651.00. Do not go to Wellnow Urgent Care!! They are trying to charge me $2k for one singular visit! They had me do a test without ever saying the cost or that they were going to send this bill. They refuse to send the claim to insurance, claiming they're out of network. It's absolutely miserable and infuriating.
