I took my son with an ear problem on Saturday. It was easy to book an appointment on phone. Everyone working were very nice and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable and made sure you understand what was going on with his ears. This place is definitely worth your time to go there. They will get to the bottom of your problem. I've never had a bad experience. The staff who greet you always have a smile and are always friendly. The providers are always smiling, tentative listen and answer any questions that I may have. I'd give more stars if I could!

The man at the front desk when walking in didn’t try to ask me what I was there for. Instead he checked me in and led me to a room to wait for the nurse, which was really great. Privacy is important, and I’m glad I didn’t have to explain my problem out in front. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was also great. I had a boil under my arm that was swollen and causing so much pain! Took my dad in for some swelling in his face, they did a quick check-up and told him it was sinusitis…then proceeded to charge him as if he had no insurance, told him to go to the ER and made him sign a waiver of some sort. He then went to the ER and the ACTUAL doctors there gave him a simple antibiotic and were taken aback by what occurred at this Urgent Care and said they should have just prescribed him the antibiotic!
