The man at the front desk when walking in didn’t try to ask me what I was there for. Instead he checked me in and led me to a room to wait for the nurse, which was really great. Privacy is important, and I’m glad I didn’t have to explain my problem out in front. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was also great. I had a boil under my arm that was swollen and causing so much pain! I went to Wellnow feeling very sick and unsure of what was going on. I used the option of online registration,super easy. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles, I was taken to a room quickly,the nurse was in within 5 minutes did my vitals and took swabs for tests. Within 30 minutes the provider was back with my results, an I was on my way home. Thank you for a quick sick visit!!
I was taken right in and headed on the way to recovery. Staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place if you're not feeling well.
Made my appointment online and had no waiting once I arrived. Thorough history taken and determination was to have more in-depth evaluation at an ER. I appreciate the professionalism and recommendation to seek medical attention at a hospital. No time wasted and conclusion positive. Excellent facility! Almost a $400 bill for my daughter being told she had the flu. This isn't the emergency room and they don't even have a Doctor on duty. So why would this bill be so much. If i'm paying a four hundred dollar bill i'm going to the emergency room and seeing actual doctor not a PA or NP. We never received a bill like this from Well Now before for coming in for the same thing. There is no reason this bill should be double if not triple the other bills. Be very careful when going to this Well Now....
