Forget making a reservation - it means nothings. If you need to go just go and plan on waiting awhile unless the office is not busy. The staff are very nice but not enough staff to handle the number of people who come in.

During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.
I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. The other staff members were so nice to me, also. ******* was so helpful to me and so was the young lady at the front desk. ******* sent the sample to the lab, and I quickly received a phone call from ******** telling me the antibiotic would be the one to get me better. I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

This urgent care is amazing! Great staff and doctors. I highly recommend this urgent care.
I was experiencing lightheadedness, tight chest, pounding heartbeat and was having trouble breathing, my husband drove me since I was right down the block and there was no one at the front desk, my husband got someones attention by yelling she cant breath and needs help now. The lady came out and said theres no physician in the building and that we have to go to ER, I struggled to said to her I cant breath. I immediately enrolled in an auto payment plan following a visit to a physician's immediate care location. I have since continued to receive emails and voicemails that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay off my remaining balance that is supposedly overdue. "All outstanding balances are enrolled in a payment plan and are considered current" is listed at the top of my account and all payments have been made via auto pay on time. When you give NOTWELLNOW your debit card they say it's for insurance what they don't tell you is they now have full access to your bank account i got a nylon velcro knee brace THAT'S IT and I was charged 753.00dollars and no one can explain my bill I had to close my account to stop them from taking money out NOTWELLNOW never ever again ****
