My wife and I are appreciative of the work that Wesley financial group has accomplished to end our nightmare with our timeshare group. It took a lot longer than I anticipated (approximately one year). And the cost was rather expensive. In the end the relationship management team accomplish what they promised, and we are happy to be clear of this major burden.

It will take a long time (over a year for me) to finally exit your timeshare but it will eventually happen. The communication with your assigned agent is less than responsive. I had two assigned to me. One was better than the other but fast communication was still an issue. Your assigned agent won't answer the phone, requiring you to leave a message which will be returned in 3-5 business days. Don't expect quick answers when you have a question for them.
