They were wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. They explained how things worked, followed up, gave you timeliness and told you what NOT to do. They definitely are the company I would recommend to anyone wishing to get rid of their timeshare.
The experience was eye opening as I was not aware of rights that I have and initially I didn’t think I could win. But my rep kept assuring me that everything will work out and to just be patient. After about 2 years we wo and she was right. Thank you Wesley Financial **** *******

Great service and truly delivers what they promise! Much-needed and appreciate their no nonsense approach to help us. Step by step, easy to follow their guidance and instructions. Associates were patient, kind and overall seemed genuinely concerned about our situation to help alleviate the unneeded stress of an overpriced underserving timeshare.
This cancellation process was started mid October 2023 and the first week of February 2024, we were timeshare free. Yes, there was work to do on our part but Darlene Q was extremely professional and helpful in guiding us thru this process. We had an amazing experience with the Wesley Financial Group, LLC Timeshare Cancellation Team. They did exactly what we needed them to do in getting our family out of the ****** ******** ********Timeshare. We had spent over $30,000.00 and never had a chance to use the timeshare but one time. Did exactly what they promised and in a timely manner. I could not ask for better service. Be mindful you do do some legwork, but in the end, it’s worth it. They walk you through the process completely. It was a little pricey, but in the long run, it’s a lot cheaper than paying out your timeshare or hiring a lawyer. I would definitely recommend their services.
