Professional staff. Took time to get through the process. Did not care for being moved to a few different associates but The Process Worked because time was needed for the timeshare to respond positively.
Wesley Financial said they are able to help us get out of our timeshare and they were true to their word. Laurie K followed up with any communication we sent to her in a timely manner. She helped us step by step along the way and that is why it was faster than anticipated to get out of the horrible timeshare we were conned into. Thank you Wesley Financial. Wesley Financial Group was able to help us get out of our Timeshare. They were up front with us as to what would transpire and what we should expect. Very understanding and helpful. All advice provided brought timely resolution. Kristen was most helpful guiding me every step of the way. I was able to get out of the time share much faster than I expected.
Very appreciative of Darlene guiding us through our timeshare termination. She was responsive to our emails and guided us through every step. She was also honest about how long it could take and was pleasantly surprised how our termination went quicker than most. I would recommend working with WFG if you need to cancel a timeshare.
The representatives from Wesley Financial Group were knowledgeable, professional and always kept me informed of the process of the cancelation of my timeshare. I do wish the process had proceeded a bit quicker than it had, as it timeframe resulted in 3 additional years of maintenance fees; however I am now free of the timeshare burden
Happy about successful result in terminating timeshare contract this year. Not sure why it took 4 different WFG representatives to get it done & why it had to take a full year? Hopefully something can be done to educate consumers & protect them from the pitfalls of the timeshare industry.
Terminating my timeshare ownership is been a very stressful process. But Mersiha was there helping me throughout the whole difficult process. She answered all my questions and advised me on what to do next. She was very sweet and professional and she helped me close my timeshare in less than 6 months which exceeded my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and without your guidance I would be more stressed out If I had to deal with it on my own.
