They were helpful in getting us out of our timeshare. We tried doing it by ourselves with no success and Wesley showed us how to write the letters to the timeshare people, which included the medical information which was needed.
I had tried (2) time share companies in the past who promised everything and delivered nothing. I was about ready to just stop paying and take my chances. Tried Wesley as a last attempt at doing it the right way and am glad I did. I followed their instructions and kept at it and it finally paid off. As of Sept. 14,2023, my wife and I are time share free. Thanks WFG.
Very professional. Kept us in the loop at all times. The WFG associates were always available to answer our questions. In our timeshare case, it took less than six months. Wesley Financial Group really did their thing with helping my sister and myself get out of this timeshare. There were so many details that I did not know about timeshares and ways to get out. Overall very good. We found the advice and guidance most helpful. Our representative, Grace, provided several outlines to assist in formulating our correspondence with the timeshare provider . This was effective in presenting our position that the timeshare terms and conditions were misrepresented. Wesley group did a great job leading us through the exit process. It took just over a year to get settled. Glad to be out of the timeshare. We did feel the process could have gone a little faster and they are a bit expensive. We are senior adults on a set budget, and it was hard paying the fees. They did work with us to pay over time. We would recommend them, as we felt they were honest and professional to work with.
