Everyone was professional and took the time to really listen. We were with a very difficult time share and were warned the process could take time. Directions for what steps to take were very clear and all questions promptly answered. The best part were were out of the time share in 9 months! My husband I are VERY happy with the service provided and have recommended Wesley to several people. Keep up the great work team!

If you do your part in the program they will help you end your nightmare. I thought it was a little pricey. But compare to being stuck in a timeshare for every this was well worth it. Tony M******** was patient polite and walk me through the program and then He transfer me to Alex W*** who was the best in helping me get the right stuff to the right people. Our WFG Rep. was great to work with. She kept us informed during the process, explained why we did each process, and the time each task could take. All in all a smooth process, it took just over a year to exit our time share ownership. All within the time-frame mentioned by WFG. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely give WFG a call. They did everything they said they would. Wesley Financial Group, LLC delivers on their word of cancelling your timeshare. The advisors are professional and answer all of mine questions and concerns. From the first call to see if I qualified til my contract was canceled Wesley was there. They guaranteed my money back if my timeshare wasn’t canceled by 60 months.

To the person that gave Wesley Financial Group a 1 star- I find it hard to believe Wesley Financial did not warn you it would take several months to process. And you could have stopped payment to your timeshare group during the process but it would or could hurt your credit score. They tell you that UPFRONT that it's your choice. We have nothing but praise for Wesley Financial Group! It took 9 months to come to an agreement but we are now FREE of the timeshare.

It took less than a year to get rid of our timeshare and we’re happy that we are now “timeshare free” and that we don’t have to worry about it passing onto our children and leaving it to them to try to get rid of. It did cost a lot of money for Wesley to be involved but I guess it was worth it in the long run. To anyone contemplating purchasing a timeshare - don’t do it.
