Well let me begin by letting u know that I am new to all the time share. So when my family took a vacation to ******we were unaware what we were scammed into. Much thanks to the Wesley Financial Group with their guidance on the successful cancellation of our timeshare. The representative assigned to our case was continually in communication with us during the process. We reached out for assistance in May 2023 and by October 2023 the timeshare management company accepted to cancel our timeshare. Thanks again WFG for your assistance
We truly have had a wonderful and positive experience with The Wesley Financial Group team. From day one everyone has been professional, supportive and Kind. Yes, it may take some time to get through the program but if you are serious about ending your timeshare and you stick with and do as they instruct you to, it will be successful.
Overall, everything worked out well. I was able to exit my timeshare which was my goal. There was one event that was discouraging. After about 15 months, I received a notice that I owed an additional $4,000 more that the $21,000 contract that I sign. When I called WFG, I was monies I received from the timeshare company, WFG was owed a percentage of the recovered funds. I was shocked.
