To tell the truth I was ready to ask for a refund, I had quite a few different people (7 or 8) put in charge of my case in the last couple years. We went with WFG after hearing their ad on the radio. We had been lied to over and over again by our timeshare company regarding our contracts and maintenance fees. Hearing that ad changed everything and gave us hope that our situation could actually be resolved.
