Happy about successful result in terminating timeshare contract this year. Not sure why it took 4 different WFG representatives to get it done & why it had to take a full year? Hopefully something can be done to educate consumers & protect them from the pitfalls of the timeshare industry.
Terminating my timeshare ownership is been a very stressful process. But Mersiha was there helping me throughout the whole difficult process. She answered all my questions and advised me on what to do next. She was very sweet and professional and she helped me close my timeshare in less than 6 months which exceeded my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and without your guidance I would be more stressed out If I had to deal with it on my own.
We had a good experience with WFG. They helped us cancel our time share in a timely manner. We would recommend WFG for canceling a time share.
One of the best company I’ve ever had the chance of working with on a problem we could t resolve on our own. They were patient and great advisors to us. We had been I a horrible situation with no end in sight due to our health and Wesley worked great from for us . Time shares are a nightmare that never goes away but with the help of Wesley they literally saved our lives and what little we had left after horrible health problems. I highly advise their services!
My wife and I had a timeshare in Las Vegas *********. Were paying on it for 7 years. Never used it once. Went online and found Wesley Financial. After 4 years of sending letters to get out of our timeshare it happened. It may take awhile, timeshare companies are manipulate their service. Thank you Wesley Financial.
Best decision ever made it was long process but they got the job done
After being in a timeshare for many years Wesley was able to get us out with their skilled staff. Each time we wanted to book a week it was unavailable. Hawaii was unavailable along with other vacation destinations. The whole timeshare business as a whole are scam artists and voltures. Thank you Wesley for helping us get rid of this burden that would have been transferred to our children. We were being assisted by Heather G. who is one of Wesley's Senior Resolution Specialists and she did a really great job. THANK YOU!!!!!
I worked directly with Yonti A**** and Mersiha M*******, and both were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in cancelling my timeshares. Even though the initial fee is high, their services were excellent and the outcome was great.
After failed attempts to get out of our timeshare, we reluctantly reached out to Wesley Financial. This was the best decision we ever made. The staff at Wesley guided us through each step of the process and coached us along the way. After 3 challenging years, we finally reached an agreement with our timeshare company and they released us from ownership. Many many thanks to Wesley Financial!
