We purchased a timeshare years ago. We soon realized that it was not right for us. They told us our contracts were not done correctly, but buying more points would straighten everything out and get us where we wanted to be. After this happened over and over, we decided to get out. The company was very attentive and responsive to my needs. Their personal contact was great.
