We made it through the process in about 7 months, though we were told upfront that it could take as much as 36 months. I would add that some of that time was my own fault for not checking my own email as often as I could have, so this would have been done even sooner. Everything went exactly as it was explained to us in the beginning and they delivered on their promises 100%. Big thanks to Kaitlyn S. for taking it to the finish line. Thank you Wesley!

MY experience with Wesley financial was not the smoothest. However they know the process and they guided us through out the Process. I am very happy that I am no longer obligated to the time share we were scammed into.
WFG did every thing they said they would. Taylor P**** was outstanding as our resolution specialist. From start to finish we were done in two months. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I just followed Taylor's instructions and two months later I got the General Release from *********. It was well worth the money I spent to be free of this burden. Thanks to everyone at WFG for for providing a way out of our *********time share contract.
Although my work with Wesley got off to what I felt was a slow start, things moved more quickly once Ken M**** took over the account. Ken was accommodating of my preferences for wording and content of communications with the timeshare company, and always knew "what came next." I was hoping that the contracts would be cancelled before the end of the year, as I would have owed the property taxes for 2023 if the exit paperwork were still in the system; the work was completed in December 2022. Haley T. and her team were most helpful with our timeshare woes. Everyone from start to finish were very professional. It took us much less time to terminate our timeshare than we anticipated. From start to finish it was about 3 months. We would recommend Wesley Financial Group to any of you who need to terminte your timeshare. Its the best thing we ever did. Felicia and her team at Wesley Financial Group (WFG) did a great job . She( guided me through the termination of my timeshare contract . It took a lot less time than I thought, less than 6 months). I anticipated it would take 1-2 years. She was very professional and reassuring with me. I tried to cancel my contract on my own with no luck at all. I am so glad to be free of my timeshare contract. What a nightmare. I would recommend WFG for anyone that wants to cancel their timeshare contract, well worth the money.
