So grateful for all the Wesley Team. We received a compassionate ear, great advice and guidance. We had two Time Share companies to deal with. Wesley Financial did a great job helping us to get rid of our timeshare. We had been owners for several years and financially we just couldn't keep it any longer. After trying to get the timeshare to work with us and being unsuccessful we reached out to Wesley with questions and we highly recommend them. We are finally free of our timeshare. I will say you have to be patient and persistent. Wesley Financial will assign an agent to help handle your case. Erica Y. was our agent and she was easy to talk to, she explained the process and answered any questions we had. The process definitely depends on the company as well and Wesley Financial is very upfront about the time line. However, it only took 3.5 months for us. It was worth the price and we are very grateful.

After owning a timeshare for almost thirty years our age and health dictated we were no longer able to travel and still had a number of years on our contract. Wesley Financial Group were very helpful with how to proceed with surrendering our time share. They worked with us on what to say and what not to say. I contacted Wesley Financial in Decembeer 0f 2021 when I learned that the timeshare I was involved with lied to me on several items. I recieved a quick response and was told it could take up to 3 years to get out of it. I was assigned to Kristin K****, a Senior Resolution Specialist and we starteed working on it in January. She is awesome, she gave us direction and coaching on how to get rid of my timeshare. My husband and I started this journey two years ago. I'm sorry that he didn't live long enough to see the final end. I went through several representatives but was able to get the timeshare closed. Thank you Darlene Q****** for all your hard work.
