We worked with a few agents and the process was slower than I thought it would be. It’s been over 3 years but it sounds like progress is being made. Tayler was very nice to work with and would recommend Westley as their customer service was very good. I understand the slow process so no complaints on that.

Amanda at Wesley has been very helpful in the exit process of our time share. It has taken several emails and phone calls and approximately 2.5 years but it looks like it's finally over. THANK YOU????????

I have to say it took me some time to take the plunge and try a group to help fight to cancel my timeshare. It cost a few dollars, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT! Jerry P., Felicia W., and Heather G. kept working with me through it all - even when I was losing hope. It took a bit over a year and a half, but it is DONE. Thank you WFG team for your time and assistance with this bad 'investment'.

Signed up for a Timeshare years ago. Was never able to use it. Where ever we wanted to go there were no openings, it was hard to figure out how much time we had or who exactly to call. After years of paying for something I wasn't using, I called Wesley Financial after hearing them on a radio add. They were fantastic. Helped me along the way to get rid of my timeshare and the maintenance expenses that kept increasing year after year. It took time but they would tell me exactly what to do and say. At first I had buyers remorse just like I did when my wife & I purchased the ***Timeshare. My first letter, although, was not 100% agreeable by *** they accepted it! After all, we simply ask that ***take back the deed that was 100% paid for, imagine that! Amanda stayed in contact with us and we kept her inform; I received the cancelation of deed letter today in the mail. I worked with La Shonda H to cancel our time share and we had great success ! She listened to our concerns, and provided professional advice on the approach towards cancellation. She is very patient and not condescending. Interacting with her through this cancellation process alleviated my anxiety and sense of doom. She responds quickly to our questions.
