I can't imagine a better place to spend a pandemic than Wesley Glen because of the staff and the wonderful neighbors!

You all take fantastic care of us and I feel so safe here.  The Ravine has given us mental stabililtiy to be able to get outside and walk.  Last summer when it was so hot we got to go out and be on the cool path.  My daughter picked Wesley Glen because she loves the walking paths in the back.  The other places are new and shiney but you have the paths. I’m going to try and walk out there as much as I can this winter!  Even when things are shut down inside we can go outside and enjoy those!

I have lived here for ten years and in those ten years, I have dealt with a lot of staff – the quality of the staff and the way the staff likes to be here is wonderful. Particularly before the pandemic, my family would come often, and they would help with a lot of things when they came. I didn’t realize just how much they did until they weren’t able to visit because of the restrictions. The staff has been so helpful. You know the slogan that we use? “We know our business”? That is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I see it day after day. Everything we need is provided. I feel far safer here than I would out on my own.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE MANNER YOU ARE HANDLING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES AT WESLEY GLEN. THE INFORMATION LEAFLETS ARE HELPFUL. THE VESPERS AND THE MIDWEEK SERVICE BY CHAPLAIN DAWN ARE INSPIRING IN A TIME OF CHANGE. I’d like to thank you for keeping the families of Wesley Glen residents updated. I can only imagine how hard it is to communicate negative news during this very difficult time, but it is so much better to KNOW what is happening and how you are dealing with this virus than to remain in the dark. I want to tell you how impressed I have been with the communication regarding your efforts at protecting our loved ones, as well as keeping us informed about residents and staff corona virus cases. I sincerely appreciate your honesty and forthright approach. I also believe that you and your staff have done everything possible to protect our family.
