My mother loves living here. Everyone is so very kind, and helpful. She spends her days volunteering, exercising, socializing, and attending wonderful programs. As a family, we couldn't ask for anything better for Mom.
My dad’s been here for 17 days now and all & all we’ve been very happy with the facility. Their staff from administration to NP, RNs, LPNs, STNAs, PT/OT & Speech have all been very helpful & caring. A group of staff who work & communicate well together, respect their residents & family wishes & aim to do their best! Highly recommend them.
My mom had lived here for over five years. The staff is consistently loving to my mom and to me. They loved us to the end.
Wesley Glen has been a wonderful place for my mom to live. The staff is wonderful and the nurses and aides go out of their way to provide a high level of care. The culture is one of respect and helpfulness to all residents and it shows in how pleasant and nice the employees are to the residents. My family and I highly recommend Wesley Glen!
I have always gotten my inquiries resolved. If I was connected to someone in error, it was quickly redirected to the proper person to help me. I brother is in independent living, is mildly retarded and has a consistently met a friendly atmosphere where he can be social and everyone's door is available to him. That is comforting. I was able to take a 2 week trip out of the country and know he was cared for. Also, he is a great walking advertisement given that he tells everyone outside of Wesley Glen how happy he is.
My wife and I have both been pleased by the level of care and concern that we have found at Wesley Glen. The staff has been universally friendly and seem genuinely trying to make life there as pleasant as possible while taking care of all the details that are needed for good care.
Wesley Glen is a beautiful place. What makes it different from any other retirement/rehabilitation community? I’d have to say the staff. You can tell that the staff and direct care providers genuinly care about the residents and their overall care.
My mother has been at Wesley Glen for 4 years. She loves it, we love it. The staff is kind and compassionate, so many activities (she is more active now than she was before she moved in) and the facility clean and welcoming.
This is a caring staff. The assisted living activities director does an excellent job planning. I love the music therapist. She draws my mom out into song that lifts her spirit. My mom likes the food and loves the cheesecake! And the staff has listened and been supportive when I've needed help.
