I’m sure you are stressed about the presence of Corona at WG. You have done such a good job getting us to this point. This is an insidious disease and the encroachment into WG was inevitable. Thank you for your excellent work. I totally agree that testing, so that you KNOW the extent of the virus, is essential. It took courage to approach this with resident and staff safety in mind instead of Wesley Glen's "public image" at the forefront. I thank you for that. I know it is a very tough time and my prayers are with you all. Thank you.

In the meantime, in spite of how challenging things are, I want you to know that I am absolutely certain my dad is loved and well cared for by the amazing staff at Wesley Glen. I can’t see him or attend to him myself, but I can know that he is probably in better hands than even I or my brother could provide. Thank you for what you do.

I just received in the mail your letter of 24 April which I had already read online, but I wanted to respond by saying I completely agree with all that you are doing, specifically in the testing area, as that is the only way to know what you are dealing with. It is fully for the benefit of the residents and is without a doubt the most responsible way to deal with this challenging pandemic. Thank you for the update. Again just wanted to reinforce that we appreciate everything you and your team are doing during this challenging time! My folks have been thankful for the meals and how good they have been, and appreciate the updates and guidance from Jill and team. They share with us every day how glad and lucky they are, that they are there during this time!

1. Apartment: very clean. Building in general very clean. 2. Food: tasty, and nice variety, good portions. Follow special instructions (I have Lactaid, for example.) 3. Aides helpful and willing to do what is needed. 4. Nurses careful with medications. 5. Instructors (Phys ed) cheerful & patient, give good and appropriate exercises. 6. Melissa and Debbie both very available and always eager to help solve problems and requests.
