I am a neighbor to Wesley Palms, and am also a grandson of a resident of Wesley Palms. My grandma and I are close, always have been, and I encouraged my parents and aunts and uncles to consider Wesley Palms so she be close to me, my wife and my two kids, two of her 12 great-grandkids. My grandma, 92, moved in to Wesley Palms during COVID, during a hard time for everyone. I want to name one person in particular who has been exceptional during the COVID pandemic: Zach Vandergrift. He has helped out my father and other residents with many issues related to isolation including iPad set up and training and many other support issues. I just moved my 90 year old Father into Wesley Palms, and the whole experience has been top notch -- from the application process to the move to the onboarding. The team there, particularly Kathleen and Dawn, have been so incredibly considerate and responsive to our needs. When compared to other homes we considered, WP is in a completely different class. The type of attention and care is so personalized. The team there loves what they do and it shows. A+ on all fronts!

We moved my Aunt into Wesley Palms almost two years ago and COULD NOT be happier. The facilities are constantly being upgraded with minimal inconvenience to the residents. The staff is very helpful and understanding of the residents needs. The attitude of the management is that they will accommodate any request as long as it reasonable and assists their community. I was always told by my mother "You will never put me in one of those places". After my father passed at 90 she found herself without much to do. All her friends were gone or to sick to do much. We visited a friend at his urging for a lunch. No deal. Three months later she wanted to do lunch again out of curiosity. Two months later she became a resident. The best decision of her life.
