During my stay at Wesley Palms, I was favorably impressed by how well the community was managed, with my every need attended to, including even assembling furniture I had ordered for my patio home. This retirement community is the most amazing for the entire loving and supportive staff, the friendly environment, the modern, light and bright feel of the building, and beautiful views. My father was in his dream room and sent me photos of the view every sunrise and sunset. Thank you so much for everything, Wesley Palms.

My father recently moved into this community and he loves it. The setting of the "patio homes" is beautiful--you can see the Pacific--and the homes are full of light. The people, both staff and residents, are incredibly friendly. Also, a special shout-out to Sean Heuer, who helped us every step of the way, answered our questions immediately, and did everything he could to ensure a smooth transition.

Sean Heuer provided expertise for my parents every step of the way in their moving process. This was a big deal, after living in one house for 38 years, and Sean's guidance was invaluable. He's extremely kind and understanding, and always answered every question for us. He made sure to go the extra mile for them, responding to every single ask, even if he already had been asked the same question multiple times. They just moved in yesterday. I want to give a special commendation for Sean Heuer, whose guidance in selection of Wesley Palms was the critical factor in my decision. Over a period of two months he responded immediately to questions I had about a particular patio home that interested me. On the basis of his positive responses plus the favorable impression my daughter had during her on-site visit I chose Wesley Palms over other possible retirement communities I had also researched. It has met all my expectations.

Fabulous facility!!! Mom and I were in search of a place for Dad, and felt like we'd hit the lottery when we arrived at Wesley Palms. What an amazing set-up they offer to their memory care residents. We worked with Sean Heuer to get all of our i's dotted and our t's crossed, and he couldn't have been more helpful, professional, courteous and thoughtful. I have to give a shout out to Sean at Wesley Palms! We drove the poor guy crazy for a few months deciding if we were going to move our parents in there. A month before we were going to commit, my dad decided he didn't have the energy to make a physical move to a new town and home. Thank you, Sean, for being so gracious and patient with us. Thanks to all the staff at WP during the recent outbreak! I have felt very confident that no staff have been positive, and personally I feel so much better about returning to teaching at the end of August, seeing first hand that the safety protocols at the Palms are working.
