I am/was a resident of this facility We have half of a duplex in Wesley Palms. It's about 1100 square feet, which is just very pleasant. We are happy with our neighbors. We enjoy quite a few people in the community. We are just appalled at the price of what it costs us to live here, and we find the food difficult to deal with because it isn't very good many times. I think the facilities are really quite excellent. They are kept very well, by and large. There are 32 acres of grounds, and they are very lovely. There ... read more

I visited this facility Wesley Palms was very nice. The rooms were OK. They had a swimming pool, library, putting green, and a movie theater. The person I met was nice.

I visited this facility Wesley Palms San Diego Retirement Community was nice, but they didn't have anything available. They had a mile track around the property, which my father likes. But if he needed more assisted living, he'll have to move to another building. Everybody was nice and very welcoming there. My father likes this community, and the staff was really nice. They also have happy hours for the residents, and I like that they do a lot of activities together with its sister community under Front Porch Commu... read more

I visited this facility Wesley Palms was a very nice place and the tour was good and thorough. We saw common rooms and one resident's room, which was a brand new and standalone duplex; it was very nice. There was a nice cafeteria, a library, an auditorium where movies could be presented, and a putting green. There was also a 24/7 nure on staff. The facility is an older building, but it looks like it's well-maintained and it's nice. The common areas look like they have been modernized and well-kept.

I visited this facility Wesley Palms was too expensive. I saw a studio, and a 1- and 2-bedroom apartment. They're not spacious, but they're adequate. They had pretty much everything you could ask for. They have Bridge, movies, painting classes, exercises, and walks. At Pacific Beach, the properties are more expensive and a lot of them had views of the ocean, so you pay more for that. They offer three meals a day. The staff was very lovely, very helpful, and very pleasant. They have a library, a computer room, and a... read more

I am a friend or relative of a resident Wesley Palms was undergoing a renovation. I have eaten there, and their food was very good. They have done a lovely remodel; when I visited it before, it looked like a basement of a Baptist church where the chairs lined up. They have a very small swimming pool, a computer class on Saturday morning, a bus, and concerts and symphonies. They have a maid service every week as well.

I visited this facility Wesley Palms is located way up on top of the hill. It is a big place with lots of little bungalows around. It is so expensive, but it's probably worth it. It has a beautiful view and is very high class. You can get anything from a studio to a two-bedroom unit.

I visited this facility I like Wesley Palms, but they have a long waiting list. Because it’s a senior living community, the people that already lived there and developed dementia were priority over anyone on the list. The setup was like individual summer homes. In fact, they called it their summer home area. It was a different kind of setup and was very, very nice. They just started memory care two years ago, so it was very recent. When I toured there, all the people were all doing a singing activity.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My mom has lived at Wesley Palms for two years. She loves the place, and it is wonderful. She has a small cottage with a kitchen, bedroom, and living area as well as a little storage area. She likes that their meals are optional as she prefers to have her breakfast and lunch out. They have a lot of tours and a lot of activities that she could do.
