If you are looking for apartment home. Avoid this like black plague. I try to get work order for my window that was broken before I move. It took me getting lawyer for them do anything about it. ALSO BEFORE ME EVENING ME DOING THAT. I ASK TO SPEAK WITH CORP OFFICE SINCE THE PEOPLE IN THE LEASE OFFICE ARE FORGETFUL OR PLAIN OLD DUMB. If you want a good location right out of the city this is why I gave it 1 star. The other for the sweet maintenance staff. However, this is low rent for the location and that's the quality you will receive from management. They didnt respond to time sensitive issues until I got dramatic and it costed me out of pocket expenses, then sought representation from renters rights. They could stop lying to potential tenants regarding the income requirements in order to make money and knowing they intend to deny the application. This company has a low-key scam going on because there is no way someone would knowingly apply for an apartment unless their facts are straight. I was told I am able to cosign for my sister and I sent them all my bank statement info along with pay stubs where I clearly bring in more than 3.5 the rent. Incompetence at its finest.
So I applied for this complex on the 2nd of May for a set move in date of June 15th, paid all dues and awaited a call (as most would). I got a call roughly a week later from Maria and I can honestly say she sounded as if she doesn't want to be at work. I was told to wait for another call after the credit review, etc had come in. This apartment is so unprofessional, rude, and unsafe. I have a genuine concern regarding my apartment and I cannot get a simple call back. I have been getting consistently sick from the black mold in my apartment, and they will not fix it. I will NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
It's not worth the price. Issues do not get resolved, no matter how great a resident you are. And management acts like brushing things to the side, once they know of the issue will be okay. I can't wait until my lease is up in May, I really need to move.
