Please think twice before signing a lease with Wesley Trevento Apartments. The maintenance staff are truly indifferent and totally ignore my maintenance request. My request consistently fall on deaf ears they do not take any action on it until I make repeated claims before someone from the maintenance team makes an appearance. This place is a damn rip off. I have been here for 2yrs. My rent is going through the roof. Have the stuff I have doesn't work. When I call for the maintenance guy, he never shows up. I live on the third floor and every damn day there is a very strong odor of weed. And now my damn A/C unit has stopped working. I have complained about it for weeks and nothing has been done. I was approved for an apartment in February. it was supposed to be available 2/17/22. When I signed in to my resident portal I saw my move in date wasn't until 4/17/22 and was told I had to wait until the current residents moved out. So I was forced to find A place to live for a 49 days Sunday 4/17 arrives and the Office Is closed. This is the WORST apartment complex to ever live in!!!!! Well where do i be begin. Me and my boyfriend moved in right at the start of the pandemic which caused A LOT of issues with seeing our apartment beforehand. We understand that yes since they're was a pandemic we wouldn't to be able to view the apartments but was assured that everything was up to date and clean when we arrived . DO NOT MOVE HERE. We moved to Trevento from out of state and was promised an apartment but when we moved in it ended up being a completely different apartment. It was dirty when we moved in (marks on walls, mold, dust, broken glass). They did take care of some of the broken glass but there was still some left over. If you're one of about 2 reviews that state "disregard the other reviews" you must be a lucky one! I'm writing this a year post moving out of Trevento. I still look back and cringe at the awful experience I had. I had been relocated to GA for work, and I'd say 70% of my dislike of the experience was due to this complex. I've lived here for a few months. May I just say this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The hallways of our building haven't been cleaned since I've been here. They're disgusting and smell of dog poop & there are so many bugs and spider webs throughout the steps and hall. The leasing office staff is so unprofessional and scandalous.
