1 star is too much credit. Seeing as how the corporate office doesn't give a rat's a** about tenants I guess I'll spare someone else the headache of moving into this shi**y place. Per my prior review, my master bedroom flooded twice in 4 months and since then, my kitchen sink and dishwasher flooded with someone else's dinner. Yes! There was old bay, broccoli, and other food particles in MY SINK. Not to mention, it was still piping hot. 1)Trash compactor is ALWAYS, ALWAYS full, BOTH of them. So full, people end up dumping the trash right next to it so it's disgusting & an eyesore. 2)If you don't need cable or internet, especially if you don't have balcony, then this place is "alright", unless you prefer to pay for the crappy community wifi that is down every other day. 3)Within the 1st THREE months of living here, WITH a NEWBORN, the water was off at least once a week "due to a water main break," & at one point off for two days. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ***WARNING*** These are quite possibly one of the WORST apartment homes to live in GA. The leasing office staff has absolutely no idea what customer service is and that includes the leasing manager A****y. They tried to charge me $800 for a water bill one month!!! That is totally ridiculous!! I called corporate offices and they didn't respond. I then went to the leasing office and the manager was able to be sent right through (go figure). STAY AWAY! My husband and I lived there for two months before terminating our lease. When we first moved in the place was disgusting and falling apart! Dirty underwear in our kitchen cabinets, razor blades on the medicine cabinets and condoms. The carpet didn't look clean at all and everything was falling apart. All the knobs were missing on our closets, the AC went out the first night, our water heater kept breaking, and the list goes on. I was told several times that these apartments were great to live in & that it was worth the money. We have been here for 2 months and things were going well, until I came home to an apartment that was 90 degrees. I didn't think much of it because I figured my boyfriend turned it off. After 3-4 days of it still not working I put in a work order. Maintenance came in look at the thermostat, changed the filters and left. A week later it's still 90 degrees in my apartment. Decent apartments, but overpriced.Got a few lazy rental agents. If you move here ,I hope you get a perfect apartment because their maintenance staff sucks

Renter BEWARE! If you are a professional needing a reliable Internet connection, then Wesley Creekside is not the place for you. That's one reason among many not to move into this place. Unless you are in dire straits and need really cheap rent and a roof over your head I suggest you look elsewhere. First off, the landscaping is atrocious. I do not equate men with blowers as landscapers. That's about all the landscaping that was done on Creekside. Now the sister property right in the same vicinity may be a different story.
