I used to love here. They have gone up drastically on their rental prices. I didn't care too much for the maintenance, I had a lot of problems and their corporate office didn't help at all. There were noisy days here and there but what do you expect when living in an apartment complex? The layout and upgrades were nice, and I utilized the amenities, but I do not believe the price is worth it now.
The reason for a fair rating is because of the tenants playing loud music at 3 am when people are trying to sleep during the work week and probably the same tenants playing loud music at 11 am on a Sunday. Other than that maintenance has came in and fixed all but one thing in a timely manner. I also noticed in trying to make the place look like a home a through cleaning was not done the blinds were dirty, the dishwasher was dirty. Part of refrigerator is cracked.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ***WARNING*** These are quite possibly one of the WORST apartment homes to live in GA. The leasing office staff has absolutely no idea what customer service is and that includes the leasing manager. They tried to charge me $800 for a water bill one month!!! That is totally ridiculous!! I called corporate offices and they didn't immediately respond. I was told that I would have to wait 24-48 hours.
