I read several reviews and decided to apply for Wesley Trevento anyway hoping my experience would be different. Unfortunately I would say to anyone "Do not waste your time here". I have never been denied for any apts. I have owned a home, leased a home, and apts with good credit etc. These apts basically like any other. Thank you for wasting my time. I have been approved for 2 other apts with no problem. Again, Don't bother with this complex.

This apartment complex is a joke. We have an ac unit that sounds like it is going to explode every time it comes on. It was reported a month ago. Refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. Range doesn't work, oven takes to long to come on and the gas is going into it( it might explode at some point). Stove only half of the eyes work.

So I applied for this complex on the 2nd of May for a set move in date of June 15th, paid all dues and awaited a call (as most would). I got a call roughly a week later from Maria and I can honestly say she sounded as if she doesn't want to be at work. I was told to wait for another call after the credit review, etc had come in. Where do I begin?? From the raggedy ass girls working in the office to people walking around smoking weed in front of little kids, this place is a fucking disaster!! We've been living here since February and its AWFUL!!! Our first lease was only 6 months because we weren't very sure about the place but now that I know what its like I WILL NOT sign another lease with these people after this year. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. first off let me start by saying they are scamming everyone in the complex with their water bill. everyone pays over $100 each month just for water. I have spoken with multiple residences about this issue and they are just as upset. When the staff was confronted about it they just said it was hot water allocation and said the gallons used lined up with the "average". There are so many things wrong with this place. For one, there are literally spider webs EVERYWHERE. Before renting my apartment, I asked them to clean the rugs, and the bathrooms and none of those were done. I literally had to deep clean everything myself. The parking spaces are way too small, the leasing office does not care about their tenants at all! Do not rent from Wesley Trevento. Especially if it is an unrenovated unit. When we were doing the walk around we noticed many many stains on the carpet, i pointed them out and the woman from the office said "ok? Put it on your form so you don't get charged when you move out." Ok, so wtf do y'all do with the deposit money if when someone stain the carpet you don't clean or replace them? Avoid!!! This is our current situation: Ever since we moved into Wesley Trevento Apartment Homes we have had nothing but issues. We've played phone tag long enough with the community manager, Ashley Riddley, who has helped sometimes and done nothing other times. We both work full time jobs and can't make babysitting our maintenance and apartment issues another full time job. My husband has asthma and this is not helping. Usually I don't do reviews but I am. This is my first apartment and at first I loved it then I noticed that all Wesley Trevento wants is your money the apartment complex is overpriced I only moved in because they made it seem like I got a good deal.
