They won't repair people's stuff. One of my friends has mold everywhere and they ain't ran no tests, contacted them wit a solution or nuthin. They corporate office ain't respondin maybe news stations will idk. They be blockin people on this page and workers be putting 5 stars. Look online at the other reviews ain't no one got nuthin good to say about this place other than the workers who ain't doin they jobs. Definitely do your research before coming to this dump.
Horrible place to live!! Mold growing everywhere and no one will even compensate for it. Ridiculous. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
So someone says the truth about yall and yall block them? Avoid this place. They will gladly take your money but will not make repairs. They will cover black mold and not bother with water damage. We want someone to contact us from corporate that can actually compensate us since no one on the property has that authority. Customer service can make or break a business especially when there are legalities involved.
The rent was high. Maintenance sucked. It was always 90 something degrees in my apartment with my 1 year old son. There were extra charges on my bill. Trash compactor is always full and was accused by office staff of selling drugs out of my home because "people" (my family and friends) were always coming in and out of my home.
The trash compactor is always super nasty. Trash on the ground. The rent is to high for what you get. A lot ad people stand around.
