RecommendedWe had to very unexpectedly say goodbye to one of our kitties last week. This weekend we received this incredibly thoughtful card from the staff at the clinic. Hand written note and signed by the staff. Losing a pet is so difficult but the staff at west Salem vet clinic truly care about their clients and their fur families. Will absolutely continue to get care for all our animals here

RecommendedI took my dog Karma here for a surgery and they gave me an estimated cost which didn't seem too bad but when it was done they said they came in under that estimate which was pretty awesome news! the staff here is pretty amazing and Dr. Tess was very informative and great to work with. Thank you all for the great work you did to help my girl get better!

RecommendedWe were looking for a Veterinary Clinic that handles Pot Belly Pigs- our Pot Belly was over due for many items and we were pleasantly suprised with the 🐷💕 care that ours received. A month later we needed to make an emergency call for a different issue....it was on a Sunday morning at 5 a.m. on a holiday weekend and we were given the exact advise we needed. This Clinic goes ABOVE the level of expectation. Professional, clean, friendly, I could go on and on.... they all truly love what they do. Thank you!!!

RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff. They don't just take your pet, do the exam, and call it good like some other places I have heard about. Genuinely caring people here. If I move out of West Salem but stay local I will definitely be making the drive to this vet's office and recommend you consider the same. Thanks everyone!
