Dr. Gundersen and Shannon were absolutely outstanding! Our dog was quite sick and we were worried. They were the only vet from here to Rochester that would even call back. Thanks to them I’m bringing home our sweet pup to her four year old human sister♥️ thank you for your kindness, compassion, and knowledge. We will be bringing Aria here from now on!

West Salem vet helped me in an emergency when my chocolate lab cut his face on a barbed wire fence on a Saturday night when no other vet would take him in. I will be taking my animals to West Salem vet from now on. They were so kind and did a great job with stitching him up. I appreciate them so much!

My family and I had to put down our very senior but deeply beloved pup. The nurse and doctor were so very compassionate and so very supportive throughout the entire process. The two of them made the transition less painful with their empathy, even with the covid restrictions. We ended up getting a card signed by the whole staff not long after, which was incredibly thoughtful and truly touched my family’s heart. thank you so much west Salem veterinary team!

we brought Hemi and Katie to get their yearly check up. Poor Hemi was such a scared kitty that he peed himself on the way there. The staff graciously bathed him and put a puppy pad in the carrier. They were even able to give him some medication to calm him down. he is now resting comfortably not brothered at all. Thank you so much for all you do. We will even get set up with meds for our big move in July. THANK YOU

I absolutely love this clinic! Working as a receptionist at the clinic, I see how kind all of the staff members are not only to their 4 legged patients, but also the pet owners and other staff members! Working at the clinic is absolutely amazing and I’m very blessed to be able to work with such compassionate, understanding, patient, and loving people. No matter what the situation is, the staff at the clinic is here to help and take care of all of your pets needs. I strongly recommend!
I am so happy with the care and respect from this clinic! I had a mishap happen with my dogs today, and I called crying, the vet tech who I talked to (I can’t remember her name 🤦🏼♀️) calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to be ok!! She turned what I felt like was a bad situation into a workable one! Thank you for making this dog mamma feel better!! ❤️❤️
