RecommendedAmazing staff! Hillsboro Veterinary Service, my previous clinic, was rude about getting my cats records transferred and your staff handled it amazingly with professionalism and grace. I simply can not praise each and every single person on staff at this facility enough! They actually care and love your babies almost as much as you do. My big baby of a Dane(whom has had a rough experience at another vet)only seemed minorly stressed at first, but they gave him all the confidence he needed to feel safe and allow his doctor to give him a physical without any issue. Easy scheduling, The staff was very knowledgeable, The veterinarian was good at letting me know how my pet’s exam went !
I had to put my dog down and it was naturally one of the hardest things I have ever done. However, the staff here made the whole process much easier. Especially Shannon, who stayed with Jade and I from the very beginning, when it became obvious we had to make that choice, to the very end, on the day of. Thank you all for your care and compassion.
