Recommendedour usual vet in sparta was too busy to get my dog in to be seen for an infection and west salem vet clinic took him in without question. they were kind and informative. my dog and I both had a great first experience. 5 stars, highly recommend Dr. Bethany.

RecommendedWe moved to West Salem last year from Onalaska. We have been taking our dog to the same vet clinic for 14 years in Onalaska. This week we had an emergency and our vet wouldn’t see him! Called West Salem clinic and even though we had never been there, they had us come right over! Dr Gunderson and staff were very accommodating and compassionate. Explained everything very well and we are switching to have them give our old guy care from now on!Terrific people, terrific place, terrific attitudes! Love this clinic!

RecommendedAmazing staff! Hillsboro Veterinary Service, my previous clinic, was rude about getting my cats records transferred and your staff handled it amazingly with professionalism and grace. I was very impressed with our first visit. The Vet Tech, was friendly and kind. The Veterinarian, was friendly and engaged. The service was quick and Covid safe! RecommendedI simply can not praise each and every single person on staff at this facility enough! They actually care and love your babies almost as much as you do. My big baby of a Dane(whom has had a rough experience at another vet)only seemed minorly stressed at first, but they gave him all the confidence he needed to feel safe and allow his doctor to give him a physical without any issue. To me, I couldn't ask for anything more than for my jumpy pup to feel at ease and will probably end up loving them after a couple of visits! Thank... read more
