RecommendedDr. Heather Bauer is a wonderful veterinarian and after meeting her on a very early Sunday morning for an emergency appointment, I immediately switched over the care of my other dog to West Salem Vet Clinic as well. Dr. Bauer was very compassionate and cared for our little 12 year old, four and a half pound Chihuahua in the last moments of her life. our usual vet in sparta was too busy to get my dog in to be seen for an infection and west salem vet clinic took him in without question. they were kind and informative. my dog and I both had a great first experience. 5 stars, highly recommend Dr. Bethany.

We moved to West Salem last year from Onalaska. We have been taking our dog to the same vet clinic for 14 years in Onalaska. This week we had an emergency and our vet wouldn’t see him! Called West Salem clinic and even though we had never been there, they had us come right over! Dr Gunderson and staff were very accommodating and compassionate. Explained everything very well and we are switching to have them give our old guy care from now on!Terrific people, terrific place, terrific attitudes! Love this clinic!

Amazing staff! Hillsboro Veterinary Service, my previous clinic, was rude about getting my cats records transferred and your staff handled it amazingly with professionalism and grace. I was very impressed with our first visit. The Vet Tech, was friendly and kind. The Veterinarian, was friendly and engaged. The service was quick and Covid safe!
