RecommendedWe moved to WI last summer and established care here for all of our senior dogs. I am so impressed with the service we have received. Easy scheduling of appointments (love the Saturday hours), compassionate, thorough medical care, respectful of our wishes and input, excellent communication/explanations, and everyone has been so friendly and pleasant. We’ve now been seen for well visits, sick visits and sadly, for euthanasia. I thoroughly appreciate their Covid policies as it shows concern for pets and humans alike.

RecommendedDr. Heather Bauer is a wonderful veterinarian and after meeting her on a very early Sunday morning for an emergency appointment, I immediately switched over the care of my other dog to West Salem Vet Clinic as well. Dr. Bauer was very compassionate and cared for our little 12 year old, four and a half pound Chihuahua in the last moments of her life. Dr. Bauer was very gentle and compassionate with our Little Lucy, and me after the loss. The clinic even sent us a sympathy card signed by all of their staff. I cannot say... read more
