Wanted to thank you for helping Abby in emergency tonight! The thoughtful and caring doctors and nurses are amazing! Everyone that works there makes you feel so welcome and takes such wonderful care of your pets it feels like family! Abby is sound asleep and comfortable right now! Thank you all so much for loving my baby girl as much as we do!

Awful, should be ashamed to call themselves a hospital. They had us go to a real animal hospital, of course after taking our money to tell us they couldn’t figure it out. Place is a joke.

We thought it was her right shoulder so her dad brought her in around 5:30/6 while I stayed with our baby. After waiting a few hours they took the dog to do an orthopedic exam at 830 and he could hear her screaming in pain as they did whatever they did. They thought it was her neck. She also turned out to have a fever. I thought meningitis caused by lyme disease she h... read more

Had a good experience before the hospital was sold around 2018. New doctors and administration are focused on the business side of the house and less on the care provided and families bringing their beloved pets there. Further, our special needs dog stopped being sick biannually after we finally left NEAMC. If you can travel to another emergency room I would recommend doing so.
