Get directionsHorrible since Covid! No respect for patients and their owners! To think I spent $27k on my dog less than 2 years ago there and they saved his life for an extra year, but honestly...... they use Covid as an excuse and their customer service hung up on me when I was driving there saying call when I got there. When I called when I got there, I had to wait 40 min for someone to answer and then wait longer for them to come out. It’s wrong, all they care about is the $$$$$$ not the patient or owners. I have a senior cat who needs... read more
they're very expensive and won't touch your pet until they're touching your $ so your pet suffers until they have all your $ everyone in there has no compassion for anyone. I thought you wanted to be a vet because you loved animals, not here, they're cold and mean until they have $ in full then pretends they care about your pet. Their passion is money not animals! I highly do NOT recommend these heartless vets

Wouldn’t recommend. The experience was awful from start to finish. The staff that took my bird ripped the cage out of my hands without saying a word to me and carelessly brought him inside. We waited 45 minutes for them to even come out and take him after calling ahead. We spent 5 hours in the parking lot all in all. I had to call to check in after 3 hours only to find out he was JUST about to be seen. They told me there was an influx of avian species being seen that night but after reading others reviews about their pets be... read more
Was charged $421 for an emergency room visit because my cat wasn't eating. They give me medicine, for an infection I was under the assumption was the reason she wasn't eating, in the wrong form, so when I go back to get the liquid version I get double charged. I then get a call from the emergency room dr who originally messed up the prescription who then tells me I should stop giving the cat the medicine until I can figure out how to get her to eat. The thing I brought her in to get figured out. Now it's a long weekend and t... read more
Given a quote and agreed to the quote, after speaking faith vet and told them I wanted to bring my dog home I was told to pick her up at a later time. I was charged for a full day and a $1300 difference from when I talked to the vet 6 hours earlier. They lost all the belongings and her personal medication. She caught kennel cough while there for two days
PET LOVERS BEWARE! We brought our dog after he vomited blood and that's a decision I will forever regret. Our dog was not seen by a doctor for over 3 hours after being admitted and his condition worsened under their care. The second day in his their care, I tried calling the office numerous times when they didn't call as promised. When they actually answered the receptionists were rude responding "not sure what you want me to do." After not speaking with the doctor for 9 hours, we drove to the office and took our dog home. I just called this place to see if I could bring my Belgian Malinois in to be seen as her eyes are swollen like she is having an allergic reaction to something . Who ever answers their phone was very RUDE , I explained her symptoms and she says ok and ? I said I would like her to be seen ,I said who our regular vet is and that they are closed today and that I had already called the Emergency vet closest to me and they were very busy, she interrupts me to say well we are very busy too and we aren't taking Emergencies ! you should change the recording on your phone that says if it's an emergency bring your pet right in, no appointment necessary if you're full up to capacity so when people come there with their emergency situation they don't get blown off over the phone when someone finally answers and tells you they're full and can't take your pet! Wasted time and now have to travel an hour to get to another vet that's open late who'll take care of your bleeding pet....change your recording or answer your phone!!!😡
My girlfriends story. So disappointed in this place and how they handled our situation. We lost 2 beautiful babies and had complications with the rest. Horrible.
