We moved here 20 years ago, the sellers used western for termites. We kept them and have added more services. John Flores is the best!! He is professional and courteous. I always enjoy our conversations. He makes many recommendations but usually does them himself before he leaves. He always goes above and beyond his job. I trust him and the company completely.
Ken Karpinski arrived within the time frame I had been told. He was very professional and polite in his introduction to me. He was most helpful in discussing the rodent problem I was having. He indicated to me that he was at my home to take care of the problem. I showed him the areas where we had found evidence of mice and he laid out traps.
