RecommendedKen Karpinski arrived within the time frame I had been told. He was very professional and polite in his introduction to me. He was most helpful in discussing the rodent problem I was having. He indicated to me that he was at my home to take care of the problem. I showed him the areas where we had found evidence of mice and he laid out traps. He told me that he would have a follow up with me in two weeks. The customer service is excellent. I have had Michael Hodupski come several times and the issue is taken care of. He even keeps an updated check to make sure the issue was resolved.
Our technician is Ed from Maple Shade. He’s amazing. He will take the time to talk to our clients and find out what needs to be done.
Last night we had a bee problem inside our home after normal business hours. There is an emergency number and after speaking with Steve, the manager, a service technician, Ozzie Kouk, was happy to come out and arrived at our home within 30 minutes. He was able to find the spot where the bees were entering the house and applied a dry chemical that would elevate the issue. Ozzie was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Western Pest Services is very good. JOHN FLORES is an awesome Service Technician. He is very knowledgeable & finds & addresses issues that I wasn't aware of. John is very thorough & a pleasure to work with. The customer service team is quick & efficient as well. I highly recommend them.
