There is an emergency number and after speaking with Steve, the manager, a service technician, Ozzie Kouk, was happy to come out and arrived at our home within 30 minutes. He was able to find the spot where the bees were entering the house and applied a dry chemical that would elevate the issue. Ozzie was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
