RecommendedCame on time, very personable, took care of everything. He was there as part of the maintenance plan we are on. Very recently we uncovered a carpenter ant infestation. He called the office to see if we were covered for that under our plan. He was told we were not, but Western was upgrading us at no charge so that we were covered. He went on to spray completely against the ants returning. A great service e patience.
The technician was experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. I can say this about almost Everyone who has visited my house over the years.
