I lived in this apartment for 1 yr 6mnths. It's not as bad as listed here. True that it's expensive and the management is not that friendly too. But the maintance was good while I lived there.
The Westgate complex is 10 buildings, each with 22 units, mixed 1 and 2 bedrooms. There is a secure fitness room, 2 pools, tennis courts, and ample well-lit parking.
I have lived here for 6 months. I got a very nice apartment for a good price. New cabinets, rug, appliances, etc. Maintenance is very good. Office people are friendly and helpful. There is construction going on but the noise is not as bad as it was several months ago.
I really enjoy my place I think that the apartments are well maintained - quick to fix things Love the pool wish there were more washer / dryers per building
When I moved in, the place was great. The grouds were clean and well kept. It was acually one of the nicer buildings Ive lived in. A year and a half later I have a different story to tell.
Stay away! The apartments are old, rundown, and not insulated. You can hear your neighbor's phone conversations. Sex is not an option here. The management could careless about anything. They are also greedy, I have had my rent incresed while they advertise less. See Either way, no price is not worth it. The water comes out brown at...
Wow, where to begin,
Not only is there noise from the construction site for the new buildings going up they are redoing apartments so all you hear is banging all day long .. bang bang bang...bang bang bang.. the workers they get in then try to yell overtop of the noise they are making.
I'm still living at this place, Mgmt. simply dosn't care for the tenants once you sign the contract. Recently almost all tenants of my building signed a paper to request putting back the grabage disposal where it was when we moved in. They simply ignored every tenant living here and simply removed it so now every one of us are going to other building's disposal which is going to be even harder...
