This summer, a Honda had all of the tires ripped off and recently, someone was looking for an apartment where a person was robbed by knife point. I have been here for a while and I am out of here. The water is always rust color and I can hear all of my neighbor's telephone calls. The windows are drafty. The staff is rude and always raises the rent for no reason. New tenants pay less then lease...
It will be more appropriate to say hell rather than apartment. Chicks sitting in management office are real jerks they don't know anything not even safe keeping lease paper work.
They are all liars. Specially the one in the woburn leasing office. Don't trust them to say they care about the tenants.
This is the worst aprtment I have ever lived with. This is way more expensive than what it offers actually. The management is sucks! It's very noisy since it is close to the I-95. All residents are -------. You will hardly find any American living in this apartment. You can smell the curry all over! Don't come here to waste your money and peace of mind.
